Deleting photos from phone but not deleting off Macbook

Hi,

I have 2 devices logged into my iCloud account; iPhone 6 and MPR.

Phone has iCloud library and photo stream activated.

MBP has iCloud library activated.

Which ever folder I delete a photo from on the MPR it still appears on my phone. Similarly, when I delete a photo off my phone, although it says it won't be available on other iCloud devices, it is still on my MPR.

All I want to do is delete images off my phone and have them also removed from the MPR and everything in sync.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
